While driving a truck, I have come across many detergents that were used in car washes by operators to wash aluminum parts on trucks. Most of the washing products were able to whiten the disc or tank, which meant etching aluminum. This also led to the deterioration of painted or surface-treated discs and the promotion of oxidation that appears on aluminum parts. I was looking for products for my customers that would not damage the surface of the material and could also wash the brake lining, which appears above all on the discs on the front axle, or on the balloon discs on semi-trailers. Due to the fact that the discs are constantly in direct contact with the brake lining, it is necessary to pay attention to them.

Using the cleaner for washing is simple thanks to the sprayer. For a dry or wet disc or tank that has a temperature of up to 35°C. Spray with Great-Lion’s Bleeding Wheel Cleaner spray and let it work for 2-5 minutes. When applying, you can also use brushes with fine bristles to wash after spraying on the disc or tank. After 2-5 minutes, wash away the product from the disc or tank. If necessary, repeat the application again.
